TRAINING AND MENTORING FOR MUSICIANS

IMprove believes it is essential to support artists on a path of professional growth that touches not only purely musical and instrumental aspects, but also cross-cutting aspects, such as: fund raising, leading and team building capacity, orientation to the creation and management of artistic projects, promotional skills, production and digital distribution and more. To do so, it offers individual mentorship paths and group courses, also in collaboration with international players.
IMPROVE also organizes music courses, theory, jazz lab, instruments.

TRAINING COURSES

The course aims to strengthen some of what are considered basic skills to plan and then realise and grow your own musical project. From setting goals, creating an agenda and a step-by-step path, to the correct evaluation of one's own resources and talents, to positive thinking. To effective communication management, including with stakeholders, organisers and promoters. To techniques for managing band leadership, not easy, in a way that is cooperative but authoritative at the same time. And finally, most importantly, how to support one's project. The economic aspect is crucial for self-producing artists, such as platforms for fund raising, but also calls for tenders that artists can access and participate in, in Italy, but also in Europe. ALL THESE SKILLS ARE ALSO AS IMPORTANT AS THE APPLICATION ON THE INSTRUMENT AND THE COMPOSITION OF THEIR BRANCHES
